JENGE Kulture is a Pan African organisation on a mission to empower African Creators, unlocking economic opportunities and enabling them to contribute meaningfully to social good.
Our mission is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). By addressing the economic challenges faced by African creators, we directly contribute to the eradication of poverty and promote inclusive economic growth. We firmly believe that empowering creators economically is a catalyst for positive social change, fostering a more equitable and prosperous future for all.
What We Do
We connect, equip and engage African creators, helping them to leverage their acquired knowledge, skills, networks and access to opportunities to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute to social good.
We Connect Creators
We scout for and connect talented creators. We believe that when talent and ideas meet, magic happens. We create opportunities and spaces for this magic to happen.
Through our community events, young creators meet to network, collaborate and create. They further connect creators with opportunities for personal and career growth.
We equip creators with the knowledge, skills, resources, and tools they need to connect to economic opportunities and contribute to social good.
We provide access to training and resources on creative skills, financial literacy, life skills, entrepreneurship and business skills, etc.

Through JENGE Engage program, individual creators and collectives get regular and one-off paid work gigs that expand economic opportunities for them.
